Thank you so much for this! I thought I was going to have to live without any animations from now on but this saved my ass.

I still have the issue with animations automatically turning on and animations randomly being scaled to 2x from the last update. I was really wishing a fix would be included in this update. I hope it’s in the next one.

App Search on Fairphone 4 opens another App

Have you really tried this: On your Fairphone, go to Settings → System → Developer options. Under Drawing, tap Window animation scale and set back to 1x. Under Drawing, tap Transition animation scale and set back to 1x. Under Drawing, tap Animator duration scale and set back to 1x.
