As I’m not looking for a new phone right now, I’m rarely browsing the FP shop. Thus I just stumbled today upon the Keep Club. :blush:

Too sad to hear, still owning a FP2, trying to reach 10 years of usage… Obviously it does have an IMEI and I probably even still have the bill from end of 2015 :smiley: SCNR

Hello Community!

I want to understand something that is not very clear about the Keep Club. At the moment I have 90 points (Copper) and for another 60 I go to silver Tier.

Say I do a purchase from the store for 100 euros and after that I earn 100 points. (1euro=point)

On Silver tier, purchases for every euro have a worth of 1,25 points.

The question is, once I do that 100 euro purchase will I have 190 points or 225 ? (150 by reaching Tier Silver and 1,25x60 for the rest of the points of my purchase)

I made the purchase and I noticed that I have indeed gotten the extra points from Tier upgrade :smile:

Hey! What´s happened to keep club? I can´t find my points anymore anywhere? I know for sure I had some points, but now when I choose “Keep club” on my account information site, I only see what the Keep club is and how to unsubscribe. I can´t see my points nor I can see how can I earn points.

all my keep club points disappeared.
for the context - i got my birthday points (yay!), i passed the magical threshold of 100 points so I wanted to test how it looks in the shop and yes, I was able to add them to the basket and get the discount, but I did not buy anything

and now it is all empty, looks like a glitch but has been like that for a couple of days, is that only my case?

My point count is unchanged, but then again I did not try to buy anything recently (and have not done so using Keep Club points so far). By the way, my point count is contradictory, it’s 710 points at the top of the page and 650 points in the lower part …

Hi there, did people generally find that they were given 20 points automatically on the ‘birthday’ of their phone this year? I logged in yesterday for the first time in a while and have not received any new ‘birthday’ points this year - also, while my current total point tally of 90 (should be 110) is shown at the top, my Copper Tier Status further down only shows that I have 20 points. I already submitted a ticket to enquire about this, but I won’t be expecting an official reply anytime soon.

Hi, I got the points automatically and I think I also got a notification from the app. But later on all my points disappeared. I have had it reported as a bug and was told they are working on it. So you may also report it to the support

Well I received a reply far quicker than expected: ‘We are aware of this glitch and our teams are working on a fix. You should see your amount of points increasing automatically when this fix is released to the Keep Club program.’ I have replied back to enquire about the time scale for this.

And an even quicker secondary reply to say that they don’t have an ETA for the fix.

I guess we are all affected by the different point totals shown at the top of shop.fairphone.com/keep-club-fairphone and further down the same page (in my case it’s 710 at the top and 607 in the middle). I take it the (higher) total at the top is the correct one?

I may find out at some point when I achieve 150 points at the top, regardless of what it may say lower down, and either still have Copper Tier Status or have actually been promoted to Silver Tier Status. I’m up to 100 points at the top now (30 lower down) after registering the warranty on my new FP5, and I could now convert those points to use in the shop, which is reassuring. I did successfully update the birthday of my new FP5, replacing my FP3, but have not received any points for “Your phone’s birthday” for doing so, and still haven’t recieved points for the recent birthday of my FP3 in September 2024. I will email again about that if nothing happens soon…
