FP2 Battery Alternative - DIY replacement

Hello,
as long as there are no new original batteries FP2-BAT01 or FP2-BAT02.
And even the only replacement battery in the market (WHBW sold by Elecropapa) is expired due to long-term storage at discharged state (I’ve ordered 2 new pcs but both inflated soon after few charging while gettig worse capacity than weared original batteries).
I also studied most of similar topics here…

Generic FP2 battery alternative

Hi, I live in NZ and need a new FP2 battery. It’s almost impossible to get a lithium-ion battery imported unless it’s inside a whole phone, which I don’t need. Does anyone know a generic replacement battery I could use? I saw there were some suggestions for the FP1 on this forum but I guess they wouldn’t work for FP2. Thanks, Cate

…so I have no other option than to make DIY battery by myself. Do you have any tips or own solution for it? I’m wondering to know any before I’ll start to do my own DIY product.

1IPC/x/y/z on batteries and similar FP2 batteries

On the Fairphone batteries there is a small line with IPC. On the different FP2 versions there are different sizes mentioned, though both have the same size. Don’t trust this numbers totally. As far as I know that means: Version FP2-BAT01: 1icp6/44/62 Version FP2BAT02: 1ICP6/42/61 Measured; 65,5mm x 45mm x 6mm 1: It is one cell, 3,6V nominal voltage; some batteries for cameras have 2 cells in line, 7,2V ICP: Integrated Circuit Protection, the integrated electronics protects the cell(s) from…
