E/os installation does not connect device-detection error

I’ve followed all the steps in /e/OS Installer

but it won’t connect:

It seems however to be discoverd by KDE as there is a KDED popup when I connect the phone. It could be that KDE attempts to connect to the phone and block in the discover steps but how to I prevent KDE from connecting?

Make sure USB Debugging is still turned on. It seems to turnoff by itself

Thanks, yeah I was about to post that as well. Is efoundation aware that their steps don´t work?
