Battery health not shown

I remember that before the last update, there was a battery information tab, where you could see the charge cycles of the battery and the battery health.
Now I don’t find it anymore. Was this removed in the new update or an I just too blind to find it?

It should still be available under Settings :gear: > Battery.

Do you mean this information:
Settings - Battery - Battery Health

I’m on the current release FP6.QREL.15.105.0

This setting, I assume as on the FP5 vanishes under certain circumstances, like removing the battery.

Yes weird it’s not there for me. (But my battery is of course not removed)

Strange!
Are you on stock OS or /e/OS?
Which firmware version?

I’m on stock OS, 15.105.0
The only thing that maybe could be a reason is that I rooted my phone, but this is a bit far fetched for me.

Never taken out? If gone it will not return, as the system cant know if same or different battery

Never taken out until now

My phone is also rooted (apatch) and the point is available in the menu.
Still strange!

It disappears because it was removed once? That’s unfortunate, but oh well.

Well all a guess from a bit of info I got for the FP5…

Differences of the photos:

  1. charging mode
  2. battery saver
    Change these settings?

I gave it a try and changed the differing settings:

On my phone the discussed menu entry stays.

Bei mir ist der Eintrag auch verschwunden, nachdem das Handy gestern Abend abgestürzt ist und neu gebootet hat

Can’t some developer check this? Or is there no FAQ which explains that?

No

Anyone intertested has to contact Fairphone directly through official channels, which the forum is not
