So there’s the “problem”… Often, when I hit the power button to lock my phone with my right hand, I inadvertently press the volume and it take a screenshot…
Is there a way to deactivate that screenshot thing ?

Same ‘problem’ here. I’ve a lot of screenshots im my galery now

It seems the button combination for screenshots is hardcoded in the OS with no possibility to change/deactivate in the system settings.
I’ve checked each individual setting in the depths of the settings menu but couldn’t find anything. Even in the developer settings i could not find anything.
My (still) current phone, an Asus Zenfone 8, has settings to deactivate this certain setting and e.g. activate a three-finger-gesture for screenshots. Unfortunately I couldn’t find anything similar in my new FP6 
At the moment I’m struggling anyway for perfect position of the phone in my hand. Never had such a big device.
I have the same issue. Wish that you could make the power button activate the power button features and not trigger the assistant setup popup.
That’s definitely possible to change in the settings.
Edit: I’ve seen that info somewhere in the support pages. I guess it’s enough to search for “button” (or the respective word in your language if it isn’t English).

Got the same problem/ frustration.
mitigating options:
3 button nav option and set long press or double press to lock. (guess)
also the top status bar, double tap to lock device. (e/os) (under Display)
there not great option,
Getting case soon, hope that gone help some what.
At least this problem can be solved by changing the following option:
“Settings” - “System” - “Gestures” - “Press and hold power button” → change to “Power menu”

I really hope it’s possible to get the ‘double tap to sleep’ option on the Android version!
(It’s apparently there on the e/OS version)
My previous phone had a very similar button placement, so I just always used double tap to sleep.
Having said that, I’ve just put on the protective case and the openings seem to make it slightly easier to find / avoid the correct buttons.
(sadly it also feels slightly less good to my fingers than the very pleasing material of the phone itself - but that’s probably because the case is made of something a bit more bouncy, less hard / brittle)
This is a real issue. Im accidentally adding 5 Screenshots per day. I can confirm that there is no way to change this to a different Combination. Hope they can add this soon just like you can select the behaviour of the power button alone.

Hello everyone
I’m not very happy with the arrangement of the physical buttons. The power button is directly opposite the volume buttons. That’s why I keep taking screenshots without meaning to. Does anyone know if you can customize or disable the key combination? The yellow slider sometimes wobbles slightly. Is that normal?
