Stuck in boot after flashing TWRP

I currently can’t get into TWRP. The phone hangs on the Fairphone logo and the ‘Powered by Android’ screen.

Here is what I did:

Now I am stuck… the FP2 still boots into the Open OS, but recovery is refused.

Any ideas anyone?

edit: I now Flashed the TWRP with OTA fix file from here. And now it does go to TWRP.

How did you flash the “TWRP with OTA fix”? fastboot or the app?
