Storage on SD card

Hi, I was just wondering if there’s a way to force storage on SD card with a Fairphone 5. I use the french national radio podcast app, but it just doesn’t permit to select storage on the SD card. It was working with the same app and SD card with my old LG 6. If there is something to do, please, let me know.

Did you maybe format your SD card as part of the internal storage, so the app thinks there is no SD card?

For several reasons it’s much more recommendable to format the SD card as external storage. Before changing that, though, it’s important to backup all important data from the SD card, as the card will be erased during formatting.
