Stock fp3(+) (factory reset) boot loop (workarounds in first post)

Hi everyone! Me again with a quick update on this:

We investigated this with the highest priority. We have discovered that the root cause was an automatic update from Google. The update was taken down by Google; this should fix the issue. If you disabled Google Play Service updates, you can re-enable them now.

If your device is currently affected by this issue, you have two options:

Reboot the device by selecting “Try Again” and quickly deinstall Google Play Services updates (see our previous message for more details) or

Select “Factory reset data”. Please be aware that by doing so, you will lose your data. Follow our steps here on restoring data after a factory reset. This should provide a permanent fix moving forward.
