More and more I get a sprinkled screen - only few seconds and only on a part of the screen - and the location changes
Any idea? Problem with the display, contact issue?

I assume you’ll find a lot of ideas here:
After a longer observation period: It must have something to do with the SD-card slot. When there is no SD card inserted or if the SD card is disabled (via storage menu) these patterns do not occur.
I tried with different (size, manufacturer) SD-cards, I clean the golden contacts - this didn’t help.
To clean the SD-card slot seems not to be possible, the contacts are hidden under the cover.
What next?

No - it is not the right guess - screen problem starts again without SC-card.
BTW - screen module was already replaced.
