Strange screen issue

I started an other thread in Sprinkled screen but I have exactly the same issue which was described with picture in this thread here above:

With a brand new Fairphone, I see a strange issue: The screen occasionally shows a varying degree of noise - sometimes in limited portions of the screen, sometimes over the whole screen. It seems to be a software issue - screenshots also show the noise. I tried with diverrent OS as well - no change. And after reading all messages here - seems there is no possibility to fix this problem because it is HW related in the core module which can’t be changed.
