Morning update, problem-free.
The update was done without problems, like the past OTAs.
However, I gave the root installation into the inactive slot another try and it failed again, like usual with my phone. I really would like to know what is the reason why this continues to happen.

Installed, no issues so far.
I still have the issue with animations automatically turning on and animations randomly being scaled to 2x from the last update.
I was really wishing a fix would be included in this update. I hope it’s in the next one.

No, this is not fixed. After the update the settings were again adjusted to 2x. After fixing them, it is ok again and stays, hopefully. Yet, I do not understand under which circumstances the settings are changed
Update worked flawlessly. Too bad that, to put it mildly, it is only a security update patch.

Hello, after the update I’m suddenly unable to connect to 5g networks. Everything else seems to work fine, but I’m stuck with 4g. Could this be just a coincidence, or could this have been indeed caused by the update?
This was a security patch only update. I wouldn’t assume it intentionally changed something about network connectivity. Personally I don’t see any change in 5G connectivity, still works for me (Congstar/Germany).
It turns out it was really a coincidence. I tested a different provider and I immediately got 5g. Sorry for the noise in the thread.
