@ulweal oh yes, unfortunately I have the same issue. I wonder if this is something from design because I only took literally out five times the SIM/SD-card and its broke. In my case, I used always the smartphone SIM tool provided by Fairphone. Never had this in my life though :upside_down_face:

How do you even get the tray open? I use the tool but it only releases the tray by about 1mm. I don’t want to force it - especially given what I am reading on this thread!!
