two separate ideas.

  1. You might contact some resellers based in Amsterdam - Where to buy | Fairphone. Unfortunately the website does not suggest any shops selling Fairbuds XL there but you could contact them directly and ask, belsimpel for example does sell them, so perhaps they could be asked to order a headband for you.

  2. There has been a discussion on the forum with people complaining about the quality of this element and a comment from FP recognising the issue and suggesting replacement within the warranty framework, Headband Base weak plastic? - #33 by Ioiana_Luncheon
