Hello all, I will be visiting Amsterdam soon and am in need of a new headband part for my fairbuds XL. I do not live in an area that Fairphone delivers to, and so I was wondering if there was a way that I could purchase the part in person or some other way while I am in town. Thank you!
Not sure if you are aware, but Fairphone has their HQ in Amsterdam, but not their warehouse (which I think is in Venlo near the German border). So there is no “factory outlet” in Amsterdam.
I’d say you have better odds to look out for Fairphoners in Amsterdam who could order the headband for you for pickup when you are there.

You might contact some resellers based in Amsterdam - Where to buy | Fairphone. Unfortunately the website does not suggest any shops selling Fairbuds XL there but you could contact them directly and ask, belsimpel for example does sell them, so perhaps they could be asked to order a headband for you.
