I have the same problem. I am going to try to get it fixed this evening by a fairphone angel. Maybe contact one in your area Fairphone angels.
The solution for this problem is what I linked in my other reply. It involves heating the phone to 200°C in an oven or 350°C with a heat gun and it isn’t certain that this will solve the problem.
