Phone app not listing all calls

Not sure when this started, but my Phone app fails to record some of my incoming calls. I can’t see any pattern as to which are listed and which aren’t. I’m running Android version 15.

Which build exactly? Look in Settings > About phone > Build number.

Also, which phone app are you using? Is it up to date?

Be aware that the stock Phone app may not show all calls in the list, you may need to use the details. More information in this topic.

It’s FP4.SREL.15.14.4. I assumed the app was part of Android and got updated with it. It’s version number is 219.0.902276293.

is the latest version. However there should be a new OS version offered for your phone (since end of March), FP4.QREL.15.16.1

Did you have a look at the other thread I linked to?

Okay, thanks - I’ll see if I can update.
Regarding the other thread, as in the screenshots posted, I can’t see any three dot menu on my phone. Also, I’m not familiar with any command line interface on Android. Where would I find this, please?

No. If you read the very last post, I resumed the findings.

In the app you already have (which is up to date), use the “Home” tab at the bottom. Choose the number you’re interested in, and tap on the name or number. Do not tap on the icon to the left.
Choose “History” to see all calls made to and received from, that number.

So you can easily check the complete list of calls with a given number.
However, if you need a complete list of all calls for all numbers, then your best bet is to use specialised software (an app) that will let you export the calls history for analysis in a spreadsheet or whatever.

I can recommend “MyPhoneExplorer” .

Thanks for your help Old Routard and sorry for the tardy response!
