When calling or being called the other end of the line only hears noise and then silence. When self test performed both micros (1+2) perform the same noise. Bottom module allready exchangenged, but no improvement.
Is it a hardweare problem or soft ware? Can it be fixed?

Could you indicate your OS version and which phone app you are using. For the OS go to Settings > About phone > Build number.
Did this problem occur after some event?
