No audio on bluetooth for Jabra

Hi, I just got a Fairphone 6 yesterday and my headphones won’t work on it. I have a pair of Jabra Elite active 8 which connect to the bluetooth alright. I even get the voice saying “connected” and all. However when I try to play media no audio can be heard even though the app states that it is playing. This issue is not repeated with my friend’s headphones or other devices, nor other phones have this issue with Jabra.

Is there anyone who knows a solution for this? I know this has been asked before but no one seems to care: Bluetooth problem with Jabra 8 Active and Jabra 8 Active (2nd Gen.)

Edit: I’m using Murena e/os/ which I came with the phone.

I had a similar issue with my Samsung earbuds, and I resolved it by disabling LE Audio in bluetooth settings.
