i did it with the fastboot mode.Unlock the bootloader with umt qcfire and flash fastboot mode . The phone is backto life. thanks a lot
Can you please document that or point to a documentation ?
it could be usefull for those who are stuck with locked bootloader and not able to “allow OEM unlocking” in developer options.
- Connected the chip through EasyJTAG.
- Detected that eMMC health was very poor (around 80% life consumed).
- Made a security backup.
- Made a full eMMC dump backup.
- Performed an eMMC firmware update.
- Wrote back the full backup dump to the eMMC.
- Phone powered on but **stuck on the logo (bootloop / boot hang).(**Corrupted userdata or system partition)
- Entered EDL (Emergency Download Mode).
- Unlocked bootloader using QCFire.
- Flashed the original ROM via Fastboot. (just double click the flash_fp3.bat)

Here is the ISP file. This may help technicians who are not experienced with removing the eMMC chip and prefer using ISP method.
