Has anyone else had or resolved an issue when your keep club points are deducted twice?
Due to the feature where you have to click ‘apply’ at the checkout and then remove their discount if you are not proceeding with the order I somehow was deducted without having placed the order.
I did place an order later in a new shopping basket tab, so points were deducted from that order, but my balance now displays two different totals in the keep club home page. The top of the page says a smaller amount (due to the false deduction) and the bottom section has the actual amount, listed by what tier I’m in (bronze, silver, gold).
If this has not happened to others yet then here’s a friendly warning to look out for this glitch!
Any help appreciated. This happened over a month ago, I thought in time it may resolve itself, as referral points can take a while to register… But no joy yet! I opened up a support ticket ‘1293934’ too.
