How do I recover data from dead Fairphone3

My Fairphone3 died a year or 2 so. Just wouldn’t turn on so I bought a FF5. I now realise that there is important data on the old phone that I would really like to retrieve. How can I do this?

the professional data retraction is very expensive

however, some “dead” FP3 were indeed brought back to life by the magic of heat of the oven #phoenix
