Someone already had this issue with their FP4
Hi,
I have the following problem:
Trying to activate OEM-unlocking, I have to enter a “verify code” (that I can have created on a Fairphone internet site after entering my phones IMEI and serial no).
Unfortunately, this code always seems to contain numbers as well as CAPITAL letters, my keyboard however will only accept small letters and numbers.
I tried
entering the code with small letters
entering the code in another app and inserting ist via copy&paste
using another keyboard app to ente…
If the hints in the topic above don’t help, my advice would be to contact Fairphone support. Looks like either the code generator page or the code entry on the phone need to be fixed.
