iirc last time I also had to complain several times on the forum before anything happened even though I had contact both.
Because if I contact Proximus, I never get deep enough into their org to get to the people who are handling this stuff.
And if I contacted Fairphone they just say “I dunno, we submitted to Proximus, ball is in their camp now”.
Until I complained about it several times on here and all of a sudden it was fixed and we actually got another update also relatively quickly. Until now where the updates are stuck again.
I don’t like complaining about it here either, but it seems like the only way to get this moving
