Fairphone doesn't recognize SD card

First question ? Do you have the SD card set as Internal or external storage? If internal their are many cases of issues arising.

Hello - i inserted a Mirco SD card into my FP3 and selected Internal Storage. Since then no media - audio or video/photo - is accessible, and after restarting the device 30 GB of media seem to be lost. There is no way to access the card, neither on the phone or on a computer (where it is visible but does not seem to contain any data. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance
