Hi, I recently received a personal discount from Fairphone as a “thank you for continuing to use a Fairphone”, which was nice. What I found strange was that the discount only works for a new Phone or headphones, and the email also includes instructions for recycling my current one for an additional discount. I also speculate that the loyalty voucher deal might only apply to those who bought their FP3 or FP3+ in the Fairphone shop (e.g. I did not get an email like in the topic – I bought my FP3+ from Vireo).
