The FP4 comes with a 5-year warranty.
However, before contacting official Fairphone Support, I recommend you first check out the Troubleshooter, and other info on this page.

I want to share that I experience similar issues with my FP4. I think the first time it happened was sometime late April.
I have issue with all three buttons: power, volume up and down. Sometimes one or more buttons become unresponsive, and they only become responsive again after pressing some other button. I have found no structure to when this happens, but it has increased in frequency over time. For example, if only the power button becomes unresponsive I need to press either volume up or down to restore functionality. When all three buttons simultaneously become unresponsive, you have a bigger problem. “Luckily”, long pressing various combinations can also restore the responsiveness.
From my experience this problem persists through factory reset and unplugging the battery for any hours. If you have the phone in a powered of state and the power button is unresponsive it will not work to turn i back on, you have to hope that you find a button combination that will restore the responsiveness of the power button. My take away from this is that the issue is not contained to OS (Android), hence why a factory reset could not solve the issue.
I have not sent the warranty claim about my problem yet, but I will do that now since I can’t really rely ok my phone in its current state.
