I ran an update a few weeks ago and since then my phone keeps freezing. Sometimes the screen goes black but phone is still on (alarms go off but can’t stop them!) or screen freezes. I have to take the battery out then restart it to get it going again. Is this a common problem? Any solutions? Thanks
