Factory Reset Popping Up Randomly

Hi, I was just looking on a manual in my web browser and suddenly the message “Factory Reset” popped up. OMG Can’t tell how hard I’ve panicked, ripped out the battery. After bootup it showed a similar graphic to here:

after I don’t know the phone suddely booted up properly. I’m now trying to backup as much data via adb as possible, but Android backups suck hard time, especially without root it’s nearly impossible.

Updated to the latest version, I had a second user account on my phone and seems only that data was gone. Reboot after the update was successful and I didn’t had to run the adb disable qualcom commands so far - although I’ll simply not try to activate a second user anymore because I don’t want my phone to randomly break down.
