Display issues - the touchscreen does not work

Hey hey, i need help - my touchscreen (fp5) does not work

I’ve been having the following problem since yesterday: my touchscreen stopped working suddenly. There was no damage or anything like that. The touchscreen doesn’t respond to my fingers. Therefore, I can no longer enter my PIN or unlock the smartphone. The display itself seems to work, though, because when I boot up the phone, the logo and the clock are displayed. If I press the sound button on the right, the sound indicator is also visible. I need your help. What should I do?

could you try reattaching the display?

Thanks for your reply. The display is working. When I turn on the FP5, I can see the logo, the clock, etc., but the touchscreen does not respond to touch. I cannot operate the phone, so I’m also unable to log in.

What I meant was opening the phone, checking and cleaning all the connectors, and screwing it back.
