My screen gets all milky blue, od getd divided into two, or covered in vertical green and black stripes, or…. It lasts for a few minutes and then it’s ok. It’s been happening for a few months. The on/off button sometimes does not respond immediately.

I don’t have FP2 so it might be a wild guess, but would you consider opening it and checking all the connectors?
Perhaps some users from the following thread would be able to say whether that is a proper path to take

It is not a fix, but it can never hurt to make a backup of all data that is important for you. One day you might not be able to do that anymore.
Also check how full your storage (System > Storage) is. I would keep 20 % free.

That sounds a bit like signs of a core module issue…so as Urs said, back up your data.

Thanks everybody!! I check and clean the connectors regularly and I’ve got more than 20% storage free. If it’s the core module (what on earth is that?), does that mean it can’t be fixed?
I’ve discovered that it stops behaving crazy if I tap it gently against something. Is this a symptom of something? Other than a core module issue?
