How to update the Android bootloader interface drivers?

I was following along the “Manage the bootloader” (https://support.fairphone.com/hc/en-us/articles/10492476238865-Manage-the-Bootloader) guide, when I hit an unexpected wall. The guide says "go through the device manager, look under “Other devices” and there should be your thing. I don’t have the “Other devices” tab in my device manager.
