since the last update, I can no longer connect to the Play Store. I checked the bug tracker and couldn’t really find it. Then I tried all the options that the ‘help and support’ function of the APP offers (so cleaning the cache and removing the updates) but nothing does the trick. I tried stopping the app as well.
so when I touch the icon, it will automatically open my google account dashboard, if I try to bypass that, the error message 'fout bij het ophalen van informatie van de server DF-DEFRH-01" appears, so this would be ‘error getting data from the server DF-DEFRH-01)’ in English.
Anything I can try? so far I’ve avoided removing my google account from the device as I fear I’ll never ever get it back to normal.
Of little consolation to you but can assure you that after a fresh install of Fairphone OS 19.08.1 there is no issue accessing Play Store. Unfortunately something has become corrupted here.
sounds like something I can try, how do I go about that?
