I have noticed something odd when using bluetooth headphones (non-Fairphone) on the FP5: even when using a Bluetooth headset, the microphone quality sounds very similar to the built-in mic (muffled and sometimes clipped). I am familiar with the sound of Fairphone microphone, as described in many topic (here and here): it is muffled and in loud environments often clips creating distorted sound.
The other day I sent a voice message in a slightly windy environment while connected with my bluetooth headset and I noticed that the sound recorded was very similar to the muffled, clipped sound of the Fairphone mic.
So: Does anyone know if the Fairphone 5 applies audio processing to Bluetooth microphone input?
