The problem with USB-C ended headphones is that you have to make compromises. Either you don’t like the sound, or you don’t like to look, or the phone doesn’t like the USB-C (more specifically, the DAC in it). But it’s all connected together into one set and you can’t change individual parts to get the ideal combination.
Jack-ended headphones have one less dimension to this (just sound + look). Then you buy a separate USB-C - jack adapter which works. Or jack-bluetooth, in my case, but that’s about your preference.
FP4 has this awesome list of tested adapters: ✏ FP4 List of USB-C to 3.5 Audio jack adapter . FP6, unfortunately, doesn’t seem to have a similar one yet. But you can look around in this one and see if any would work for you.
