Hi all,
Since the last update of my Fairphone 6 (Android 16), the Android System Intelligence app keeps stopping. I get the error message below randomly, multiple times a day.
I cleared the cache of the app, nothing changed. I don’t seem to find a way to uninstall it and after emailing Fairphone over 2 weeks ago, I still haven’t heard anything back.
Do any of you face the same issue? Any solutions by any chance?

One of the users posted some debugging steps you can try:
If it doesn’t work, you can try disabling the app entirely. Here is the list of features that you’ll likely loose after disabling the service, but users have reported some of them working even when Android System Intelligence is disabled, so your mileage may vary.
This is of course only a temporary solution and you should still wait for an answer from Fairphone so they can report the issue internally and work on a fix.
