Did you generate a support ticket? Maybe pack the last error log.

I regret to inform you that I have fallen victim to the problem of sporadic and inexplicable reboots.
Hey @Fairphone_CM, you know why on the FP5 and FP6, both also on Android 15, both tiles are still there?
Where did Google remove it from, if not Android 15?
For my part, I still havenât received the update on my fp4. Maybe itâs better this way in view of the various problems. We can see that fairphone is often in difficulty. I hope to receive this update soon. Sometimes I miss Calyxos.
I had same issue updating FP5. I think it might be on major update ie to A15. So i had no choice but to put it in W11 Laptop microSD slot. It offered to repair so accepted it. Few moments later W11 was happy with it. Shove it back into FP5 using correct procedure for shutting down etc. All working.
Next update it did it again. Did same thing all ok.
3Rd time i decided to take SD card out usual precautions and procedure. Then did update. Put microSD card. No issues of cause -to do with microSD card.
If it didnât work i wouldâve used some sort of recovery software that i might have.
I take no responsibility if you want to try W11.
So youâre recommending to remove the SD card before attempting a major version update. Sounds sensible anyway (so long as the card is formatted for external / portable storage of course)..
I had an empty card in my FP6 and the phone wanted to reformat it. Having nothing to lose I accepted, but six four weeks later the same thing happened again. Iâm wondering whether there might be a problem somewhere related to A15.
If that happens again Iâll try using the card in a PC slot, or just another device.
after reseting the watch 7 to factory configuration, I can now be able to connect to it again.

Here the response from the relevant team: The âSensors Offâ option in Androidâs Developer Options disables all sensors, including the camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and step counter.
Hello. I upgraded to Android 15 and now my Libre 3 Plus glucose monitoring sensor loses connection all the time. I also use Ypsopump insulin pump which has the same issue. I need to downgrade to 13 again as I canât trust my phone to give me the correct amount of insulin anymore. Anyone here who know if this is possible?

With Bluetooth devices generally the first things I would do are:
- check whether any software update is available for the device
- delete the pairing both on the phone and on the device
- make sure that the apps are allowed to run in the background
Have you encountered problems with other BT devices?
Downgrading is only possible at the expense of all the data on the phone, comes with risks and is rarely if ever a viable long term solution.

Hi. I have posted a ticket at Fairphone support.
After the upgrade was done I had to pair my insulin pump and start a new sensor in the CamAps FX app that controls the pump and sensor.
All BT devices was gone in the list of connected devices. There is one thing I donât understand though, my Withings watch is still communicating with the app even if it does not show up as a paired device.
The thing is; I am only able to pair the Libre3 Plus sensor once. If I wipe the phone I have to replace it. I updated to Android 15 the day my sensor expired to avoid replacing it too early because theyâre quite expensive.
The CamAps FX App is up-to-date.

The Bluetooth situation is pretty weird, since normally BT pairings should not be lost during the update, and to that, we add a connected watch that connects (apparently) without a pairing.
Whatâs more, you canât re-pair the sensor, I presume for reasons of medical integrity. Given the current state of the BT configuration, in normal circumstances I would have advised deletion of all BT and Wi-Fi network information (a ânetwork resetâ) so as to start afresh with new pairings.
I think it would be a good idea to take the advice of the sensor manufacturer, and probably that of the pump manufacturer as well.
I would tend to agree with @anon66320559 in their post in the other topic, about instability of apps running on some FPs after the A. 15 update. Have you encountered problems of apps not running properly in the background?

I checked this and itâs unrestricted. I turned it off and on again just to be sure.
Regarding the Withings watch, it may be because it originally was paired from within the app.
I use the phone as a car key too, and it was not working today because the pairing was lost. I am using my phone to pay for everything I need. And it makes sure my glucose levels are normal. It seems I have become literally life dependent of my phone 
I just tried turning unrestricted background usage for Camera off and it fixed the app freezing if I close it right after snapping a photo. Then I turned it back on and the problem returns. The behavior is very consistent. Could this setting be doing the opposite of what it should?
Edit: Actually what I was doing is turning âAllow Background Usageâ off completely. I didnât even realize clicking the text opened another menu to select the type of background usage allowed â thatâs an incredibly bad UI design there. Anyway, the Camera problem is there with both âOptimizedâ and âUnrestrictedâ background use, and goes away when background usage is completely turned off.
I also did a couple of DontKillMyApp benchmark runs and the setting does appear to work the way it says.
@Fairphone_CM, are there any news on an official fix for the reboot and Quickstep problems?⌠
Itâs been over two weeks now.
Greetings from Antwerp, Belgium to all Fairphone users! 
Just reporting that the update of my first Fairphone 4 to Android 15 went fine, although in order to see it, I had to follow these steps to allow the OTA update first:

Disable my SIM card (temporarily).

Check for a new system update (which finally revealed itself).

It was then possible to re-enable the SIM immediately (so I could still use the phone while the update was downloading/installing for about an hour or so).
After the reboot, no major issues and actually some nice improvements:

In my case, no issues with BT connections (all my devices are still paired).

No random reboots (yet - knocking on wood, but I checked the Display/Visual Enhancement settings were disabled before the update as there might presumably be some link).

No issues with existing data on my 512 GB microSD card.

Battery life seems to be better than in Android 13, and after all one can always buy a new extra batteryâŚ

There are quite some features and improvements visible and it is, e.g., even possible to fully control LDAC coded settings (in device details it is possible to immediately see which codec is being used and it is possible to control sample rate/bits per sample, which was not possible directly before in Android 13).
Note:
Iâve seen some issues with apps closing in the background faster (but thatâs normal for Android 15). 
Also the default (Quickstep) launcher has some known freezing (known issue as I still use the Orange network), but luckily I was able to switch back to the Niagara launcher (which I disabled temporarily before the update) which seems completely unaffected. 
10 out of 10 for the Fairphone team from my side, keep up the great job! 
I experienced the same, ruining some of my holiday photos.
This started happening since the Android 15 upgrade.
After taking a photo I immediately lock my phone (same second), which was never an issue on Android 13.
Now I end up with some 0-byte jpeg files.
