Could anybody tell my where I might order a battery cover for the fp5 back?
As it isn’t listed in the shop, section “spare parts” I’m a bit lost …
(I know that the forum might not the appropriate place to ask this kind of questions but trying to do a support request did not succeed as certain no. were no accepted.)

No, I mean the cover which prevents the battery falling out of the device. It is clipped into the housing.

Wat i understand from your post you are writing about the back cover (that is how the battery cover is called on the Fairphone 5).
Wat is the one postet by @Meaghan and @Furdiburd
it is possible to buy this spare part for Fairphone directly ore from a reseller.
The advantage of a reseller is that most of them will be much faster with answering questions.
