Hi everyone, i’m sending this post for a friend who has a fp4 for 6 month. Since July, she is blocked when she installs an application from the Play Strore. All applications are affected by this problem.
When she downloads and installs one of them, she can’t no longer write a message and the call functions are desactivated.

Does her problem persist? If yes, is she using an SD card? Configured as “internal” or “portable”? In this case maybe have a look at sdcardguide
