Unless the camera software you use has a limit, it probably depends on how much free disk space you have.
Old 16/32-bit file systems had smallish limits (4GB) on how big a single file can be, but while newer 64-bit file systems have file size limits too, they are way beyond the capacities of our actual disks (example, maximum individual file size for exFAT is 128 petabyte…)
