I am trying to buy pieces on fairphone website. I am not able to pay with any of the option (card, google, paypal). When I select a payment option, it charges the webpage again and I am back to payment selection. So I cannot go further. I looked for my fairphone pieces on other websites but I couldn’t find anything apart from fairphone website. I am in France. If I cannot by pieces to change them, it looses interest having a fairphone

In the case of such trouble it’s always good to know which browser, which browser version, which OS and which OS version you are using, so others can better try to reproduce and possibly confirm the issue.
Did you already disable any potential blocker add-ons in your browser and/or did you try with a different browser?
To be precise … does the website reload already when you select the payment option, or does it wait until you hit the button to pay?

From my experience of other websites, cookies could be the issue. Try in a “private” browser window (in Google Chrome that’s an Incognito window) and see if it works there.

Thank you for your answer. I am using Chrome version 133.0.6943.142 on Windows 10.
The website reload when I hit the button to pay (or equivalent with Google pay or Paypal)
