When I’m in a video call (WhatsApp or Facebook messenger), even with the volume all the way down, the call volume is very loud. The volume buttons don’t actually seem to make any difference.
This is when using the phone speaker. I’m not connected to any Bluetooth devices.
The issue is present on both WiFi and 5g.
Searching for the issue, I see a few people that have complained of similar symptoms with other phones, and other apps, so this may not be unique to Fairphone.
Has anyone encountered this and any ideas for a fix?
