Vibration mode deactivated by itself

Hi all,

Since a while (probably since the last OS update but I cannot guarantee), the vibration mode of my FP2 deactivates by itself after for example the end of a call or sometimes after a notification that made the phone vibrating
In the meantime I have installed an app to block undesired calls, but this behaviour also occurred even if I uninstalled the app for test, so I don’t think it is linked.

Any idea about that problem ? Could it be an unexpected parametrization change or an OS bug, or something else ?
