Turn on the phone without Power button

Hi all’,

This night my day-1 FP5 had annissue on the Power button, basically its broken. No big issue since I can lock/unlock the phone without the physical button.

My only problem at the moment Is: how ncan I turn on the phone without the physical button?

I never turn off the phone buy you know…maybe battery goes to 0% or for example I should change my main camera modulo.
Is there a way or walkaround?

While this was originally figured out for the Fairphone it works the same way for the FP5 (you might also want to see my own reply there a few posts further down).

Oh Thank You, I’ve found the trick but I was not sure about FP5 and I didn’t want to be the first trying it
