Trying to lock bootloader

I recently moved from /e/os to stock android. The thing I’m trying to do is lock the bootloader.

/e/os was April 1st security update

While me moving to stock android said April 5th security update

and I was about to lock bootloader. But beforehand I done the command to check if it’s safe or not and it returned with 0.

So I’m wondering what I should do to get it to 1 so I can lock the bootloader.

You have to check before booting into the system. So re-flash dont boot into system.

As you was on 1st Apr patch and now you are on 5th Apr patch normally you can lock the bootloader

fastboot flashing get_unlock_ability is related to “allow OEM lock / unlock” in → settings → system → Developer Options.
