Transfer photos from my FP6 to Macbook

Hi everyone

I’d like to transfer photos from my FP6 to my MacBook, but I’m not really sure what the easiest way is, especially without losing quality or dealing with anything too complicated.

If anyone has done this before, what method worked best for you?

Thanks in advance!

Are you talking about a Fairphone 6?
As your account says you have a Fairphone 3.

I used MacDroid for this, and it was the easiest option for me. I just connected my phone via USB and copied the photos like from a regular drive. It worked well with no issues or loss of quality.

You could try to use PlainApp from fdroid store, and then access your files via WiFi in your browser

Here’s link to it:

Works on any device with web browser

I would suggest Localsend which is open source and works across all OSes and Platforms: https://localsend.org

You can send data from FP to MacOs and viceversa if you are under the same network. Best in mind that LocalSend on Macos needs to be able to accept incoming connections in the MacOs firewall (check this especially if you use Lockdown mode on Macos).
