Transfer from IPhone to FP 6 not working

I have my new FP6 and have fallen at the first hurdle trying to transfer my data. When I put in my Apple ID it comes back as wrong, even though I know it is right and have even changed it to ensure that it is definitely correct. Any thoughts?!

I don’t have an iphone and I don’t have a Fairphone 6.

Can you confirm if you bought the standard Google FP or the Murena FP?
