Hi. Is there a torchlight function for the Fairphone 1? This would be really useful.

You can install any app that offers this functionality. I advise you, however, to download one that has only a few permissions. Only camera is needed and it’s suspicious if that app also has access to your contacts.

I don’t use any torchlight app at the moment. In the past I configured #dic:gravitybox (click to find out more) to place torchlight functionality on various buttons on my phone. That app is privacy friendly, but it also comes with many, many, many other features.
In general I recommend apps from F-Droid, which has only #dic:floss apps. You could try out this app: Torchlight.
