I have got a fairphone FP4 with /e/OS. Both audio-hardware-parts (loudspeaker and earphone) have been replaced recently. Therefore this is not a hardware-Problem: the incoming calls are not loud enough, I can hardly understand them. The settings are correct (maximum loudness).
