and went to the irc link…apparently it goes to freenode but then it redirectstakes elsewhere (can’t put more than 2 links)… In any case, there is no one there. There are more people in fairphone on irc.libera.chat, although there is no answer

Would help to update that link?

@Ingo any idea if this still exist? Never ever used this.

Btw @anap thanks for linking the guide, it extremly outdated and just replaced and removed a lot things

I don’t think I ever used IRC for Fairphone related stuff.
Even the Matrix room isn’t as active as it used to be. I assume, IRC is even less widespread nowadays.
I think I’ll just remove the IRC link in order to not spread the community too thin across platforms that are rarely used. Will keep Matrix as the place to go for a more chat-like experience.
